Worldsleep07, the quadrennial World Congress of World Federation of Sleep Research and Sleep Medicine Societies (WFSRSMS), was held in Cairns 2-6 September 2007.

The ASTN hosted a very informative morning symposium on multicentre clinical trials in sleep health, featuring international leaders in large scale trials. This included panel discussions looking at the best ways to design and conduct such trials in insomnia and in OSA.
